EULA - End User License Agreement

LICENSE AGREEMENT

BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE INSTALLATION AND/OR USE OF
THIS SOFTWARE, CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY.

BY INSTALLING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE YOU INDICATE YOUR
ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT OR
AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT INSTALL OR USE THIS
SOFTWARE!

SoftFuse Nice Tables is shareware. This means
that we have made the software available to you for free
evaluation. The trial period is 30 days. After 30 days,
if you decide to keep the software, you should register
your copy, otherwise you will not be able to use it
anymore. Please visit our website for information on how
to register.

LIMITED USE LICENSE

This software, including documentation, source code, object
code and/or additional materials (the "Software") is owned
by SoftFuse Development (the "Author").
By registering you obtain the non-exclusive,
non-transferable, limited right and license to install and
use one copy of this Software on one computer
(i.e. a single cpu), for any legal purpose, at a time.

All rights not specifically granted under this AGREEMENT are
reserved by SoftFuse Development.
This Software is licensed, not sold for your use. Your license
confers no title or ownership in this Software and should not
be construed as a sale of any rights in this Software.

If you accept the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT, you
have certain rights and obligations as follow:

YOU MAY:

1. Install and use one copy of the Software on a single computer.
2. Install a second copy of the Software on a second computer
only if you are the main user of this computer (home computer
or laptop for example).
3. Install the Software on another computer only if you change
main workstation. In such a case you must uninstall the
software from the old computer.
4. Make a copy of the Software for archival purposes only.

YOU MAY NOT:

1. Copy and distribute the licensed Software or any portion of it.
2. Sublicense, sell, rent, lease or transfer your personal registering number.
3. Sublicense, sell, rent or lease the Software or any portion of it.
4. Copy, emulate, clone, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse
engineer or modify the Software or any portion of it.
5. Copy the documentation accompanying the Software.

DISTRIBUTION

You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the TRIAL VERSION
as you wish and distribute it to anyone provided that all files are
intact. You must distribute the install form of the TRIAL VERSION
(you must distribute the setup file, not the files resulting of an
installation). You are not allowed to sell the TRIAL VERSION (except
payments for shipment and handling charges). Computer magazines are
authorized to distribute it on any cover disk or CD-ROM without

each time you distribute the TRIAL VERSION of our Software.
The TRIAL VERSION of the Software may be included in any free or
non-profit packages or products.

OWNERSHIP

The Software is the property of SoftFuse Development and is protected by
copyright laws and international copyright treaties.

All ownership rights and intellectual property rights in
and to this Software and any and all copies (including
documentation, source code, object code, concepts, artwork,
animation, sounds, musical compositions, and/or additional
materials) of the Software is owned by SoftFuse Development.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by SoftFuse Development.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

NO WARRANTIES
The Author of this Software expressly disclaims any warranty
for the Software. The Software and any related documentation
is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express
or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties
or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.
The user must assume the entire risk of using the Software.
DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES

In no event shall the author of this Software be liable for any damages
whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business
profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any
other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use
this Software, even if the Author of this Software has been advised
of the possibility of such damages.

TERMINATION

Without prejudice to any other rights of the Author, this Agreement
will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms
and conditions. In such event, you must destroy all copies of
this Software and all of its component parts. All provisions
regarding confidentiality, ownership and indemnification shall
survive termination of this SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT.
